All prices in sterling and inclusive of current V.A.T but exclusive of postage and packing. Payments, together with correct postage and packing must accompany all orders. In case of an ‘out of stock’ situation, the remaining order will follow. Although every effort will be made to comply with customers colour requirements, an alternative will be sent if not available at time of dispatch.

Returns - Faulty items will be replaced within 14 days.

Exchanges - We are happy to exchange any unsuitable goods within 14 days if returned with a self addressed stamped envelope included.

Refunds on goods may incur a 20% handling charge.

Postage Cost

Standard Postage - For up to 10 items is £3.99 (incl.VAT). This excludes ‘Raised Dog Bowls’ and ‘Hook on Bowl Holders’.

Courier Delivery - £7.50 (incl.VAT) - Raised Bowl Stands and Hook on Bowl Holders and up to 10 items.

When will I receive my order?

We will endeavour to deliver within 7 working days.
Very rarely items may have recently run out of stock, we will then contact you regarding delivery.
You will be informed of an expected delivery date for all made to order products.
We post Monday - Friday, and do not process orders on Weekends/Bank Holidays.
If you order is made after 1pm it will be processed the next day.


My order has not arrived?

If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect or damaged on delivery, just inform us within 14 days of delivery. Post the order back to us with the receipt and we will replace the order for the correct one at our expense or refund the order and all postage to you.

If you order the incorrect product or change your mind, just inform us within 14 days of delivery. Post the order back to us in the original packaging with the receipt, we will then exchange the order or refund the cost of the item only. You will be charged for postage of exchanged items.
