We always strive to offer expert advice and help with your dog products where ever possible. You will speak to an actual person with years of experience in the dog showing and pet world.  

We are constantly updating our website; therefore if you cannot find what you are looking for please contact our friendly helpline on 01303812440 10am -2pm Monday - Thursday for assistance in your enquiry. The office is closed on Fridays.

Postage - Delivery - Returns

Standard postage - For up to 10 items is £3.99
This excludes Raised Bowl Stands and Hook On Bowl Holders.
Courier Delivery - £7.50
Raised Bowl Stands and Hook On Bowl Holders up to any 10 items

For Example : 

When will I receive my order? 

Most orders will reach you within 7-10 working days

Very rarely items may have recently run out of stock, we will then contact you regarding delivery,

You will be informed of an expected delivery date for all made to order products

We post Monday - Friday, and do not process orders on Weekends/Bank Holidays

If you order is made after 1pm it will be processed the next day

My order has not arrived?

If you have not received your order within 7-10 working days please contact us and we will resolve the issue.


In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect or damaged on delivery? Just inform us within 14 days of delivery. Post the order back to us with the receipt and we will replace the order for the correct one.

If you order the incorrect product or change your mind? Just inform us within 14 days of delivery. Post the order back to us in the original packaging with the receipt together with a self stamped addressed envelope for the return. We will then exchange the order or refund the cost of the item only. You will be charged for postage of exchanged items.
