Dogsandpuppies team tested – The Raised Feeding Stand for dogs

”Having last year lost a male adult weimaraner to colic – the damage that not feeding your dog in a correct way is heartbreaking. Luxway canine supplies offer a great range of sizes to suit your dog. The cost of one one these stands is minimal compared to the cost that I incurred from my vet. Sadly my dog couldn’t be saved but I was advise by the vet to buy bowls with stands. Highly recommended – I wouldn’t feed any of my other dogs without one”.

Luxway bowl stands are very strong, have a chrome plating for a good look, and do not have any metal pointing out from the top or sides like some other raised bowl stands available..( Some greedy dogs have been known to run to the bowl stand like a greyhound when they hear the clinking of biscuit drop in the bowl, and have injured themselves from the metal pointing upwards ) so please be careful when choosing which raised feeding stand for dogs, to buy.

So there we have it, this really does emphasise the importance of feeding your dogs on a raised, level height. In all honestly, I do not mind where you buy your raised feeding stands from, just make sure you do get one. Photo Engraving

Hello everybody,

This is post number 2, and already I have some exciting news for my thousands * cough cough * of readers…. We have expanded our business, and opened an engraving side.

As you may have already noticed, there is a new link on the left hand side list of the homepage, engraving. At present we have a wide variety of pet I.D tags available to purchase.

I hear you ask, ”Why, on the home page, is the link not called ‘I.D TAGS’ ”, The reason being, we have plans that for mid next week that there will be more available engraved items to purchase other than I.D tags.

The main attraction being photo engraving. We will have a variety of pendants available where you can email a photo across to us, and we will engrave it onto the chosen pendant via our very hi-tech snazzy diamond engraving machine. This also means that if you wish to purchase a solid brass or stainless steel I.D tag, you could have your dogs picture, a picture of yourself, a picture of your neighbour….well a picture of anything really, engraved on the front, and then the details on the reverse.

I hope our new line of products appeals to you all.

Also another reminder, The Control of Dogs Order 1992 says that all dogs must wear a collar and an identity tag in a public place. The identity tag must show the name and address of the owner. You can be fined up to £5000 for this offence.

Your dog must still wear an identity tag even if it is micro-chipped.
